I have had temporal lobe epilepsy for over 30 years and have had no issue with high blood pressure. On the other hand my dad and brother have both had high blood pressure for years
I have never remembered my numbers after a seizure, but I do remember medical personnel being concerned because the numbers were low. After anesthesia, my BP is usually around 80/40mmHg or lower.

I’m sorry your whole family has had to battle heart diseases. I actually had open heart surgery when I was 10 years old for aortic stenosis and I still have a murmur.
Heart disease is in my genetics (grandma, mom, aunt). I'm just trying to understand if there are any higher statistic risks since I am just now having blood pressure issues.
I have TLE. Not many people realize how little bitty sections of their brain control so many large processes of their selves.
