Amy. That scared me. I will never miss my BP meds EVER again!
Ever since HS mine would run 144/88 with no issues. until 2014 when the doc's put me on BP meds because it went to 160/110, but now my BP is "normal" and I'm nolonger on BP meds. Probably because I'm not dealing with the stress at work.
Hallo .. Jen and me be on other end of stick .. we both be having low blood pressure .. runs in our families as well ., norm is about 120/80. . . Jen be 90/60 .. William be 90/70 ., it be the bottom figure that matter most ., called systolic .. top figure ., diastolic., can run higher when you be stressed or scared ,.such as when at doctor or dentist .. then it be called "white coat hypertension" .. and that be why they take it more than once .. try to take slow deep breaths before will help to lower it .. mine usually drop a bit more when I be post ictal .. I need pacemaker to be keeping my heart beating at all ., during nocturnal seizure when it can stop .. Jen restart it with CPR .. as pacemaker grand at maintaining beat ., but cannot restart it ..hugs and prayers from William and Jenπππ€π€ππ
That's one thing I don't have to worry about. I have enough challenges to keep my body going.π
