My land lord is trying to get us out of the house that we are renting. My wife and found a great place they want to charge 1,500 /month all utilities included. The problem is I need to pay off some loans I already have and buy new furniture.

When receiving disability benefits, managing finances can be challenging. While the search results don't specifically address loans, they do suggest working with professionals who understand disability benefits. Consider speaking with a financial advisor who specializes in working with people receiving disability benefits to explore your options.

Here are some general steps that may help with your financial situation:
• Document all your current expenses and income
• Contact your local housing authority about assistance programs
• Consider speaking with a credit counselor about debt management options
• Look into nonprofit organizations that may offer furniture assistance If you're receiving SSDI or SSI benefits, it's important to understand how any loans might affect your benefits. Keep detailed documentation of your disability status and income, as this may help when working with potential lenders or assistance programs. Some disability attorneys may also be able to provide referrals to financial resources in your area.

Every bank is different in how they manage account issues. What you may want to consider is speaking with your current bank manager. Let them know your situation, the steps that are needed including what is needed to be paid off. Be honest when providing information and answering questions with your personal bank manager. Most importantly don't be afraid to mention that you are disabled wanting to help your family get ahead.
It may also be helpful to read up on obtaining a personal loan within a credit union than using a state bank. The credit union (federal bank) has different laws that are followed than what laws are followed at the state bank. Credit unions work with every consumer from smallest to largest amount. They also will work with consumers that have low or not good credit so it can be rebuilt.
All I can suggest after doing your research make the best choice of where to go for what meets your needs. I do wish you the best of luck on this matter!
