All day I just kept thinking just slide down the wall. And later that night I had a weird episode. I tried sliding down the wall only went about half way before my legs locked. Not sure if it was a seizure, but I was having an issue breathing, I was crying (don't know why). Maybe a panic attack.
What you're describing could be what's known as an "aura" - a type of warning sign that can precede a seizure. Auras are actually focal aware seizures themselves and can manifest in different ways, including unusual thoughts, feelings of dread, or sensing that a seizure is approaching.

I'm not going to give my name but I've had grand mal seizures since I've been 6 years old. I've learned getting into diet and exercise is the best thing for epilepsy. Stop the smoking, alcohol a medatraining diet is the and green tea. I tell you what it did not happen over night it was a slow process over years and steady research which I do to this day for new things from new people on line and social media and books and friends. But I'm human I do cheat All the time and get lazy.
@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member Yes, it will most always be like hallucinations type thing, I go find someone (I don’t live alone) then generally have a grand mal. I’m incredibly thankful for nayzalam. I’m one of those rare ones, status epilepticus. Back in 2015 I had the seizure that made it unable to work (I was a chef for years the stress was immense) back to the beginning of my reply. Three years after my diagnosis I had a severe eight hour seizure and a three day ICU stay. An M.R.I after showed a little bit of brain damage. Then became legally disabled. That being said I’m so thankful I found this page and wish you all a great day!
That is something You need to tell Your Dr. about. Tell Your Dr. about that happening, Find out what Your Dr. says it is, and find out what You should do after one is over.
Good post and? It's dif per person, I may have had that happen to me, but in a different way, but get people's opinions here which is ok with that and I agree with the ai mentioned about it, and go to your doctor about the situation and condition at hand and go from there, good luck with the outcome with it, my opinion
