Seizures can make me feel sleepy, weakness in my legs. Once I use the emergency med it helps restore me to normal. I just get somewhere cool, relax and go to sleep. Maintain and drink plenty of fluids.

Yes I get extremely tired I have tonic-clonic seizures and they whoop behind..the bad part is sometimes I hit my head and have to stay woke.. I have to take bathes because my muscles be swore..but once I am able to rest I fall asleep and stay in the bed..but my daughter always makes me walk around the room the day after so my muscles can relax

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member , After my seizures I’m usually weak & very tired, enough that I have to take a nap don’t have hardly any energy. Usually after a day or 2 I feel better but there was one time a couple years ago that the tiredness lasted for about a week. Then one time a few years ago after a seizure it’s like I felt guilty for having the seizure, like it was my fault even though I knew it wasn’t but it was weird because I had never experienced that before & I haven’t experienced it since. Apparently there’s some like @A MyEpilepsyTeam Member who don’t feel weak or tired after a seizure & are able to go about their day after they feel comfortable in doing so once they come out of their seizure. Some might experience bad headaches afterwards as well. Prayers your seizures calm down. šŸ¤—šŸ’œšŸ™šŸ¤— Your friend in Texas, Becky

Yes to all of those. It takes me about 24 - 36 hours to get back to my normal.
