Sounds like , you are experiencing a form of Auras. Auras happen before the main seizure. Everyone who has an Aura before a seizure, are different to another person’s Aura.

I can’t say that’s actually, what you’re experiencing, since I don’t get auras.

It seems like it's many experiences that people with epilepsy have. It's a lot to learn about epilepsy even when it's part of your life for years. My late wife had epilepsy too. We always learned so much from each other. Hope the best for you as you learn more.

That's a hard question to answer for sure. I know I felt tired during a aura, and the next thing I know, I'm waking up an hour later.
