Weather is also very important, if it rains wear a robe,0j's or night shirt. If it gets muggy and hot wear t-shirt and underwear or absolutely nothing at all. And before I went to the hospital 4 years ago, upstairs in bedroom on the bed I would. Even nearly sleeping naked, without the window as well as the door

Rhondaschnee tomorrow and Saturday I’m off and rain is expected to come in tonight through the whole day tomorrow so I will most likely do the same identical thing again tomorrow that I did yesterday. I actually put them back on when I got home this afternoon pretty much the only thing that feels good anymore when I’ve been on my feet all day.

Quinn you do whatever you want to do as long as you take your meds on time. You don't owe anyone any justification, as long as you keep yourself safe and comfortable. It's all about you managing your disease in a way that keeps you comfortable! That's how I run it because no one else seems to give a f about me. I'm my only advocate in this messed up epilepsy game

Taking a rest day in cozy clothes is a wonderful form of self-care! Listening to your body when it needs rest is incredibly important, especially for managing epilepsy-related fatigue. Those pajamas and that comfy robe sound like the perfect outfit choice for a rainy day of relaxation. Consider adding a gentle self-care gesture to your relaxation time, like placing a warm hand on your chest or giving yourself a gentle hug. These small acts of kindness to yourself can help enhance your rest day and make it even more restorative.

Quinn: With all the resources available like Goodwill and Salvation Army just to name 2 why wait for your Dr approval just find one and get it.. i'm sure Medicare or whoever you have will help pay for it if not pay it all since epi is such an unknown they seem to pay most anything that is remotely related. I just had a dental bill paid 100% that I thought I would have to pay a part of but something makes me think they whole bill got paid because of the epi history.... Nobody wants to be connected with it, even the dentist.
