I have difficulty sleeping. Eating late and certain foods will disturb your sleep. Avoiding screens such as your computer or cellphone are important. I listen to the sound of heavy rain on an App. It helps.

Christine, I’m not getting any warning signs. It’s just the fact my appetite is next to none anymore.

Christine, It’s not that I feel bad that makes me loose my appetite. I’ve read on both of my prescriptions what side effects? are common and might happen as well as the unknown side effects. Losing appetite is on both of them, but the question is which one is it coming from if it’s on both of them

Yes I’m aware of that Ben. But it’s getting very fatigued as well as weakening in my legs . The last thing I need is end up in someone’s parking lot because I fell from my weakness or exhaustion. That’s the last thing I need. I need to play it safe.

I have no appetite either lately but we do need to eat especially have to take our meds. My doc changed mine recently. Kinda hard to explain why. With epilepsy my friend would have to tell me or I would have to look at my notes. As we know do not take meds on an empty stomach ok ✅ my friends?
