My Dr says that right now I am not showing any seizures- thank God- but it may be my mood disorders that causes my seizure.
Do I tackle both at the same time?
How do I know which it is?

I'm not deliberately being moody. It really is something I cannot control. But if people who know me would consider that I might be headed for a seizure 1st, before getting upset with my moodiness, it might just help.

Last I checked... EVERYONE has "emotions". Whether right out of the womb crying for food, or someone who is older with any type of condition... you'll definitely have "emotions" about it(positive and negative)!
Sooo basically what I'm trying to say is... whether or not you have epilepsy your emotions will effect your life.
The difference... is our emotions effect our lives AND our seizures.
NOTE: For someone who doesn't have seizures... their emotions don't effect THEIR seizures... but the SEIZURES of someone they know can GREATLY effect their emotions!

Kinda feels like- which came first- the chicken or the egg…

And wondering how my average anxiety that I have had all my life- has turned into lashing out/ anger and seizures at 62 years old.

Most days positive and I have support from my husband and friends.
