I have Focal onset impairment awareness seizures ( aka Complex Partial Seizures ) . I never know when my seizures happen . If I’m around friends and families , they are good at alerting me of my seizures

I've had many different types of seizures. Stress is one of the main triggers for seizures (if you have epilepsy)... but don't forget... stress is just a bunch of emotions... and emotions can be positive too! The key is to learn your tipping point. I know I can't blow up at someone without risking a seizure within the next 48 hrs. If I do... I make sure they listen! If I yell at you it's a rare occurrence. You definitely have to be worth the seizure later for me to yell at you!... but I've also had an uncontrollable laughing spell that triggered a seizure!!!... oops!!! Our bodies can only take so much energy before the electricity kicks in...lol. Take note of your body... know how much you can or can't take. It'll make life easier. Take care.

I seem to have developed emotional dysregulation related to a RTL venous malformation. I was never like this before.
