A neurologist at Mayo Clinic (not my regular neurologist) put me on XCopri after stopping my Dilantin and slowly taking me off lamotrigene. I’ve had good days and bad, but am slowly (over 12 weeks) titrating up to 200 mg once a day. I think it’s working very well. Just interested in other opinions.

I’ve been on Xcopri since 2021 only 150 mg and it has been definitely one of the best medications I’ve been on and I’ve been on many with myself being medication-resistant I love it and had very few of the side effects other than a lil trouble with speaking from time to time but overall I think it’s a great meditation! I hope it continues to help you! 💜

Switched over to Xcopri November 2022 due to a medication that once was working well began causing seizure activity so we stopped using then started working with the Xcopri medication and a positive change was noticed almost immediately as seizures slowed down then stopped. I am no longer having any further trouble taking the Xcopri medication so we have continued the same small dosage since it is working for my case.

I am on Xcopri 100mg @ bed time(since 2022). Works well, no issues with any side effects. My neurologist just added Lamictal, 50mg 2XD.

I've started taking XCOPRI. Slowly building up my dosage. The more I take the more dizzy I get. I'm taking Briviact as well.
