Keep breathing, keep dancing, don't forget the pills, no matter how much I loathe them. I'd rather be seizure-free and functional.

Never be afraid to change doctors. Things for me have improved since I changed doctors. Had an extended EEG and need to have a MRI plus I was referred to an epileptical doctor and may even be able to have surgery to help control my seizures. I would have never known anything about this if I hadn’t changed doctors 👍

Epilepsy does not define who we are. It's a pebble in our shoe. We can either keep on walking or allow it to keep us from finishing the race.

Eating the proper foods, staying more hydrated and active (mentally or physically), getting more rest and taking meds on time and not missing a dose OR being out of it for too long.
