Hi Kevin,
I was epileptic when I was small and I never had any seizure doe the last 20 years now, I am well control by medicine I worked in a warehouse in 2022 here in Mississauga Ontario From May 2022 to December 2022 the reason I was let go of work it's because of shortage of work in 2023 i went for forklift counterbalance license and it was a two days training course. My doctor said that if I didn't have any epilepsy seizure for the last 20 years
I am allowed to drive forklift,
I also have a driving license as well.
The only problem is I am getting so many interview's but no luck. Do you know any job agency or anyone who can help me of finding a Job.

Generally, the best way is to wait until you get the job wait 2 weeks then wait for opportunity then if you feel you need to tell someone then do it. Some jobs/companies will have really good policies any way so the company may be more disability friendly so if this is the case it won't matter if you tell them. The way I look at it now (in Aus anyway) the bigger the company is the better it should be as most big companies have better hr policies. Or you go throw disability recruitment.

I had worked having the condition I have of epilepsy since I was able to find a job, that was at 17 I think, but anyway It was about 50/50 , i think it's better to let the company or whoever you work for to be aware of the condition you have, that way they can make any changes or accommodations for you in the workplace, it's better than not letting them know. My opinion.

That is a good way to look at it. The size of the company also. I am coming from a town of 1300 people which can be the size of a company elsewhere.
