I’ve tried Lamictal,Kepra,Dilantin and Topamax. These medicines help me a little. But they have bad side effects, severe short term memory loss is one. I will be grateful for any advice.
Thanks
Christopher Gaston.

Good morning. I just wanted to share my personal experience with several of the prescriptions you’re needing advice, opinion and/recommendations. Of course, every epileptic patient has different needs, experiences, side effects, etc. I am highly allergic to VIMPAT and ONFI, therefore I was not taking either one for very long. They both placed rash and hives all over my neck which also included scarring. The Briviact and Levetiracetam (Keppra) BOTH caused extreme drowsiness, fatigue, depression and emotional distress and pain including suicidal thoughts. Lamotrigine (Lamictal), I was only taking in combination with phenobarbital. ALL of them, NEVER FULLY controlled my seizures. I pray you receive additional responses. Stay strong with positive thoughts and take care. ❤️
