I've been taking briviact for 3 years and have had no side effects for the whole time I've been on it and I take it with onifi which replaced keppra. Both medications together work well for me although onifi dose causes me to feel tired and drowse and easily fatigued as all my meds do its much better than the varering anger issues and mood swings I had with keppra. I do still have some mood swings and changes but not from my current meds but coming from my depression and brain scars and lesions left from my serguries and brain trauma.

I am on briviact now and haven't had any problems with it. But everyone is different and results will vary from person to person. If interested, you can look up the drug at this website; www.drugs.com Browse the letter of the drug, then the drug name.
