This is not a question I'm not sure if I can do this
There is a site on FB called Keto for Neuro (K4N) It is a group site like this and their experiences ins and out of epilepsy and the diet. It also has other disorders and how it has work for those people. Ask Your Dr. or search online what food is not good to eat or drink when You have epilepsy. Coke & Pepsi both have caffeine in them, so I don't drink either of those. Many people know caffeine is a trigger for seizures. There are other chemicals that are no good for people-they may make medication less effective. If You want advice on what to or not eat ask Your Dr.
@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member I've found violence calms me and relieves stress it's why i hate the state of MMA all boost and no honor. I have never had much of a diet litteraly not eating more then a handful because of my meds but i am a workhorse have i seen better out of myself yes of course but my auras are still there.
@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member. Have you found that it has helped reducing seizures. Types of fruits and starchy sweet veges as well as chickpeas oats lentils etc are also considered a not as they say keto friendly because of the carb content.
I miss my carbs
@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member. Yes I used to take fish oil caps. I do know they also can use them for depression but its absolutely ridiculous how much you have to take. Keto are big on sea food
The last thing I remember is sea food is good food for a person's brain. If You want good sea food go to: Legal Sea Food
I know that a ketogenic diet has been shown to work for children, any adults here have luck with it?
