Sorry couldnt see your profile. Didnt know you lived in UK
Best bet is go to the mental hospital
Have you tried your local NAMI ? Also have you tried going to get mental health treatment in a hospital ? You can call CIT officers and theyll take you to the hospital. I only know my local NAMI . Dont know where youre located . Epilepsy is the hardest thing to get a benefits check for but, its not if youre dual diagnosis . Mental and epilepsy count as dual. I can give you the number to a lawyer thatll take your disability case and they get paid from your back check . If you lose ? They take nothing .

Robert Donati . (Phone number can only be seen by the question and answer creators)
He wins close to every disability case . He knows you have to be dual diagnosis and epilepsy wont win alone
I don't know what services are there, but you mentioned your local council and DSS. In my County, we have DSS, but we also have a Dept. of Disability Services. Is there something like that there?
