Members deeply related to the fear and embarrassment of having seizures during sleep, with many sharing that they also experience this and want others to know they are not alone. Several members offered practical tips including using protective bedding layers, taking Epsom salt baths before bed to relax the nervous system, and trying fish oil or flaxseed oil supplements, with one member noting that fish oil significantly reduced their nighttime seizures. A recurring theme was the importance of not skipping sleep since rest deprivation can make seizures worse, and one member shared that talking to their doctor about adjusting their nighttime medication dose helped them go months without a seizure.

Yep. I have them in my sleep as well. I started taking a high quality fish oil 3 a day and increased fiber uptake. It drastically cut my seizures down. I don't know how or why it works. It may not work for everyone but it def does for me. I stick to the same brands though because i bought a cheaper fish oil once and i started having seizures again. So from then on i only buy the trident brand from Sam's club and the fiber well gummies. I take abt 10 fiber wells a night and 3 fish oils. The fiber may have to do with it soaking up estrogen? Because I have catamenial epilepsy and my hormones effect the likely hood of my seizures. But I'm obviously not a doctor. Just saying what's worked for me

Try soaking in Epsom bath salt at night before bed. It will relax your nerves while helping you fall asleep. The more relaxed your nerves are the better your chances are of preventing the seizures. Good luck.

It would be useful if you'd go and get a package of bedding to lay under niegh you and lay it down before you go to sleep it's difficult to keep on wetting yourself time and time again it's helpful I have done this before it's helpful

Good luck to you though. I'll pray this goes away and you can be comfortable with at least part of your day. If you're here theres already a part of you're not comfortable with, sleep should definitely feel safe and comfortable while doing
