You can't. The only way is to have family or your better half tell you.

The only way I can tell is when I go back to my neroligest for my next visit and we go through my neropace readings and match up my sezuire activity with my sleep schedule. And he can see that all my sezuires occur while am sleeping and I can usually tell that I just had one upon waking because I can hear myself talking in my dream in the half awake/ sleeping state and I'll wake up in a fog.

When I have a seizure in my sleep, when I wake up I ask my kids “who tried to drive the truck last night and ran over me?”

you really don't know... other than a rare wake up when having a seizure. and other people telling me i had a seizure. usually when you have a nocturnal seizure... you feel really tired and confuse and angry. that might be a seizure but you never know for sure.
