Not sure if epilepsy related but for the last three weeks or so I have ringing in my ears. It reminds me a bit like after coming out of a nightclub.

btw - i'm past it and haven't been in a club since the 1990s :)

Low magnesium levels can cause ringing the ears (tinnitus) and has also been shown to cause seizures. Research low magnesium levels and ringing in the ears... as well as low magnesium related to epileptic seizures

Not sure if this is the same but every fit I have in the daytime I have a loud high pitched sound in my ears and that is the last thing I remember before coming too. Thank you for sharing as it’s interesting to know I’m not the only one who gets this, take care x

Go to an ENT doctor and have it checked out. I did and he told me mine was from seizure activity.

I started to suffer from this after my brain injury/epilepsy diagnosis. The ringing seemed to sound in line with my heart beat (sounds a bit daft I know). I mentioned it to both my GP and Neurologist. They both said the cause was probably due to anxiety. I've got to admit they could be right. When I suffer from this problem I don't go onto having a seizure. Lately I've had the sound more or less daily and lasting for a few hours
