I have a aura, I feel off, zoney, not myself . Zombie ish. Not smart. I am very thankful for this premonition. I always get one but now I listen immediately. Sit and relax, if I'm in bed I stay there now, I used to get up. I also tell the person with me that I'm going to have a seizure. Sometimes I don't remember that but again I am thankful. 12 years my advice is to listen to your body. Now I don't question. Well I still am in denial sometimes.

I would start feeling nauseous before the seizure but the trick is to know the difference. It took me a very long time to figure out the difference.
