I used to get severe migraines after every seizure but my doc put me on Topamax as one of my meds and since than I rarely get migraines. I found out they use Topamax in small dose as a migraine med.

Mine were bad and I would just be so drained I would sleep all day and be out of it the next day . Not taking any pills or sleeping sifs or pills because they did nothing and I didn't need them just took it easy

When I have partial or tonic-clonic seizures I get really bad headaches and feel very out of it and confused. Sometimes I can’t even walk right. I usually just take ibuprofen or tylenol and chill out. My symptoms last from 2 hrs to 12 hrs.
Also sleeping is good too.

I try to rest as much as possible afterward, sometimes sleep helps but not always. I take Tylenol but that's about it, nothing stronger. When I have a nocturnal seizure I have the worst headache the next day, sleep and Tylenol usually take the edge off but it typically lasts the whole day.
