My doctor has me take a kolonopin at night to stop them from happening in my sleep. It has helped.

I seize in my sleep every once in a while, but don’t do what I do. I ignore and go back to sleep.

Yes. I have nocturnal seizures ( along with other kinds) and when I had a 5 day inpatient VEEG, they could see each and every time I fell asleep, I had seizure activity. Along with my other meds, my doctor insisted on adding klonopin at night before bed.

Yes you can have seizures in your sleep, I have mine treated with strong epilepsy medication purposely for the night. I also have a pillow called Breathe-zy which has a lot of holes in it to help you breathe if you're having a seizure face down I also have an alarm which goes under the mattress and if I move for more than 13 seconds it sets off waking my husband.
