Members shared mixed experiences about whether the spring forward or fall back time change affects them, with many in this epilepsy community noting that disrupted sleep is a key concern. Several members described how losing an hour in spring can trigger seizures, interfere with medication schedules, and cause days of grogginess, while others said the change has little to no effect on them. A recurring theme was the wish to eliminate time changes altogether, along with helpful discussion about the history of daylight saving time and the importance of protecting sleep as a health priority.

It doesn't affect me but I'd rather stick with daylight savings.

I will always remain on eastern standard time. I sleep and behave better.

Yes it does. It affects my sleep more so when we loose an hour (spring ahead) which causes some epileptic issues. I like gaining that hour back in the fall.

TIME CHANGE CAN ALWAYS AFFECT SOMEONE. It hasn't really hit me that bad but occasionally I wish we never changed our clocks...!
