Food and drinks, what I usually do is go off of ingredients, if there is an ingredient that doesn't sound natural (like a chemical type word) then its most likely msg. Foods that you crave constantly or fast food places pretty much always have it!

It’s hard to stay away from MSG . It’s basically GMO ( generally modified Oganisms ) or Modified Food . The Majority of our Store bought foods have MSG or GMO in them. Not everyone can afford going Organic. We buy what we can afford. If there’s a sale on food that we buy often , we would buy more than just one. Instead of buying foods from the store, we would have to grow our own fruits and Vegetables, make our own condiments, like homemade ketchup and mustard, spaghetti sauce and many other ingredients.

Most of us don’t have time to do a lot of this . Everyone is alway running to and from work , doing many errands, and chores. If we have kids we take care of their needs .

If we want to live and keep away from this junk , then we are better off living like the Amish. They besides the fact that the don’t use the Electricity, they grow plow their farm, cook everything from scratch. The mother’s a daughter’s work together and bake and cook. The men work around the farm .

There’s a small percentage of Amish around the U. S. And most of the 98% of us live on the grid using electricity, work or have a career, buy from the chain stores some mama papa stores . Most of the foods at the grocery stores are full of this junk . It’s sad but true.
