I’m on Xcopri! I love it and it’s worked for me. The side effects I’ve experienced are drowsiness, dizziness, and in general it makes me sleepy. I do more working out and yoga to maintain balance and increase my energy. Any appetite increase change side effects you can control by just not eating.

Can we even get this in Australia yet? Anyway I wouldn't really just change to it just because its new, maybe bring it up with the Neurologist but I would leave the final call with them. If you do need to change there may be a better med to go on then this.
