I was diagnosed when I was 14 and I'm almost 21 now .
Lately I have been struggling with extreme anxiety and my emotions are all over the show .

What medications are you on if you don't mind me asking? I know that my keppra, when the does are messed with, causes the same symptoms. Venting to someone in your support system or even finding a therapist helps. I was really skeptical about it for some time but my neurologist suggested it and it helped a lot.

Female hormones can muck around with epilepsy a meds big time no matter what you are taking. Keppra caused me to have thoughts of self harm although most epileptic medications do have a mention in the side effects
