i have 4 phases of seizures. first i have arras or space-outs witch i space out or freeze. then i have type A witch is a lip thing like Elvis. then type B is the mom seizure. i can only say mom or ma ma. and finally is a grand mal or what i call it a black-out seizure. i can't remember anything when i am haveing a grand mal. i usually get a space outs or space outs into type A, a couple times every day.

i have complex partial (the same as focal) seizures. if i have 'space-outs', arras or type A of C seizures, i just deep breath and i move on. if i have type A-C, i sit down and tell someone. when i don't have seizures, i think about the 'what if'. what if i have a type A-C seizure when i am along. what if i have a seizure on the latter or steps. and so on. i just go on with my life and hope the seizures are 'space-out' seizures or less.
