With me the physical activity helps as long as my body does not surpass a certain body temperature. Intense exercise i can't do as my body temperature goes up and that has always caused seizures. Walking is really helpful for me. My body won't do intense stuff as physically i am limited anyway.

I had a complex partial seizure during and aerobic workout at the gym. I exercise on a regular basis. I jog and do step aerobics. I've never suffered any seizures while working out. I always feel invigorated after a work out.

I exercise a little. I don't try to exert myself. I think there is limits on how much you should do at a time. I have a sciatica nerve I need to exercise on a regular basis, so I make sure I do that every day.

I've always found it helps. the only exception is the first five minutes after really intense HIIT, when you can feel really dizzy.

I can't become overheated or wear myself out, or I start seizing. Short walks with someone I trust, and light yard work is ok.
