everyone has twitches from time to time right? twitches in you arms, legs, face etc?
but last night, I was laying on my bed and my entire chest like "jumped"(for lack of a better word). it was a feeling sort of like when some one scares you and your body jumps.(except I was laying down.).
I am not sure why this happened. all I know is it was weird. I am used to having a leg twitch or an eyelid twitch from time to tome, but nothing like this..

That's also happened to me. I've been lying down in bed at night and my whole body has jumped. Usually it's just my legs or arms but sometimes my whole body will if I'm really tired.

WilliamMirando,
I have heard of twichs on legs arms chest etc. But I haven't heard about a chin.
It could be a side effect so I would think about talking to Dr.
