I have had times at work that my legs feel like rubber bands. It is really scary. Being 46 and being a bagger wears you out.

I've asked my doctor about things like that too and she has told me that is an involuntary reaction and nothing to worry about. At one time or another I think it happens to everyone, and even people that do not have seizures it happens too. Also, with age, our muscles and of course are brain, will change the way we act and having your body jump, twitch and shake sometimes happens to a lot of people.

I wouldn't worry too much about it! :)

I have random body parts that will jump, twitch, shake. The neurologist told me these are seizures. Ask your doctor. You may need a breakthrough medication.

That's a good idea because he can maybe find of what's causing them.
