Inflammatory Right Lumbosacral Plexopathy (Seronegative) and Right Inferior Brachial Plexopathy I never heard it before , and been told you have it non-diabetic or if you are diabetic. And quite rare.

Yes , I was slightly confused, when was explaining that all the subjects are some how linked in some way, so was wondering if others have heard a nervous disorder linked a epileptic events in any way, sorry if this has confused anyone,

"Inflammatory right lumbosacral plexopathy is a rare neurological condition involving inflammation and damage to the network of nerves (the lumbosacral plexus) on the right side of the lower back, pelvis, and leg"

This sounds more like a nerve issue. Do you get seizures?

Are you only just being diagnosed now? And its still ongoing? My report when it was first done said "most likely" then it had the diagnosis but now the reports just have a diagnosis. Why it gets a little bit more confusing is sometimes the diagnosis can update basically due to changing terminology which means "most likely" can come in to it but in reality nothing has changed.

On my letter it explains it has Focal epilepsy with secondary generalisation, photosensitive….most likely temporal lobe onset…

It's possible. But normally is a nerve system issue is linked then it would have a very different name not TLE. Epilepsy diagnosis terms can get very complex.
