Pjs and robe while watching the football games this afternoon. Yesterday ended up being exhausting afternoon and evening again free only working a 5 hr day . Only worked from noon to 5 but still the exhaustion carried over from yesterday to today. These are becoming more common anymore.

Members found deep connection in this post about exhaustion and the comfort of staying in pajamas, with many sharing that fatigue is a very real and common part of living with epilepsy. Several members described how their medications cause extreme tiredness, how slow mornings are a daily reality, and how pushing through only makes things worse. A recurring theme was finding grace in listening to your body, whether that means napping, skipping errands, or simply staying in comfortable clothes all day.

There is nothing wrong with staying in comfortable clothing. I take care of running errands or taking care of doctor's appointments early morning then change right back into comfortable clothing after coming home

Hello everybody, talk about relatable! now, I haven't had an episode for going close to 2 years now. However, I am on top of my medications, and they all cause extreme tiredness for me! My husband has given me the nickname "kitty cat" because if I have a free moment. Imma take a nap! My body is exhausted most days and tired on the others. But, it's worth it for me. NO SEIZURES! I can even doze off while in conversation with someone. 🥴
