short lived in the pull on shorts I changed into after getting home this afternoon. It wasn’t comfortable enough for me today. So the rest of my will be more relaxed along with my feet staying free without having any on them no shoes of any kind or socks. Can’t get anymore comfortable than that.

Members connected over a cozy afternoon of rest, football, and personal comfort routines, sharing how they make tough physical days more manageable at home. Several members described staying in pajamas, going barefoot, and keeping feet elevated as ways to stay comfortable, while others found comfort in hobbies like crocheting and woodworking. A recurring theme was the importance of listening to your body, whether that meant relaxing on the couch, rooting for your team, or managing health challenges like EEGs at home with faith and a good care team.

Naomix3 I’m flipping back and forth. But staying comfortable is the way to go today with my pjs, bathrobe and bare feet on my pillow under my feet too.

Quinn I have had 3 EEG two at home and I at the U of M for 8 days, the ones at home there is watching me I had a phone call from them asking how I felt . I had to be on camera 22 hours a day in the house. I think that did in house so can see if I needed a med change. I not know for sure. The one in the hospital they took me off my meds so they can see what happens when I had a seizure, I not a Doctor I think that was the reason? All I know is I prayed to God that he gave the Dr. The knowledge to help me . I feel that I have a good Dr. staff.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member, It’s the only thing that make me comfortable on days like this the only problem is it confines me to my couch which I’m not real thrilled about. Half way tempted when I see the NP in November to refer me to either a pt or ot if not both to see if they think I’d be better off having mobility assistance that won’t keep my hands occupied when I need to or want to do things. It’ll probably get me out of the house more too if I had assistance to help with it. I’m having several day I’m forced to stay barefoot so the days I need to go out it’s not a comfortable day and I can’t get back in my vehicle fast enough to get out of the foot warehouses for free my feet completely.

Craig I’ve never had an in home eeg done . I’ve just had the eeg’s they do at the hospital. It’s never been recommended for me to have one done at home . Of course it’s been a while too since the last eeg I had done as well . I actually can’t remember when they did the last one I had.
