This means I need to go to the manager and say OK you either put me in something else that I feel like I can do or be I give you my notice and I’ll leave the company altogether the simple facts and stay one. Quinn, you certainly have legal rights to at least discuss your concerns with your employer. Please refer to the American with Disability Act Cases (search the internet) try to better understand your rights. Epilepsy is a 'disability' and you are protected from discrimination and biased treatment. There are numerous court cases which set precedent. Again, the American with Disability Act (ADA) protects you. At least, calmly and confidently explain your concern, perhaps put it. in writing. You have rights; advocate for yourself and use the office of Human Resources if necessary.

SueElf it’s not what you’re saying simple fact I was hired for an online fulfillment position back in May with them. They never told me they were switching it. I was blindsided by them, but no, it’s nothing like what you’re saying. They’re trying to make my position as a lot person now and I’m not going to accept that.

It's sounding like you never knew what your job profile was from the beginning and now you're trying to make it sound like the company isn't working with your needs. You can't have it both ways. The company has the right to setup an employee profile to exactly how that employee needs to work then provide him or her with specific accommodations as they can provide to the employee for that position being worked.
The only time you can reach out to someone in Human Resources is when you have a former copy of the position itself then you see the new position being posted is totally different. Or, your manager is being totally unrealistic when he or she is asking you to perform tasks or duties for your daily work for the company.
