Ive had them while sleeping. Rinse your mouth out 2-3 times a day with salt water to heal your cuts.

9 times out of 10 my seizures happen in my sleep. The 1 out of 10 happen when Im awake unfortunately. Only way I know this is simply 16 years of Gran Mal/Tonic Clonic seizure so I definitely feel it. Yes. You could’ve been biting your tongue from a seizure.. when I was much younger, I used to wake up with a sore tongue. Every now and then I might bite my tongue, but nothing that I did when I was a kid.
I have stars of probably at least 1000+ bite marks on my tongue to this day.

I understand that. I wear a mouth guard every night. When I had an internal EEG done it showed I have activity every night.
