Growing up with this I felt alone even with friends and close families
Good post, I agree with the epilepsy team mentioned about it and other people's opinions here, I at first felt like that but over time I accepted it and it is part of my life with and it does have its moments on occasion with me but it is a inconvenience as I look at it, but I found out things that actually made me feel better about my self I never knew and it a okay with me, but I hang in there and try and stay pos and so can you and everyone else here, but my best medicine condition or not is my daily routine of prayer and Bible study I have in my life with condition or not my faith in God and the Lord Jesus Christ and the holy Spirit of Abraham always no matter what amen
You know I struggled with that same perception on myself and still do but Ive kind of learned that I get those feelings mostly because I feel I should be more beneficial or maybe feel sometimes that Im not worth as much as I feel I should be but Im actually realizing that I can be happier not thinking that way and just live life and enjoy everything I can get out of it. It took me a long time to get to this point. Start doing this, every morning you wake up pray to God, you dont have to get too intricate on anything just say this, God, thank you for everything. That pretty much shows your appreciation for everything and it opens up that invitation for communication then just have short simple silent conversations here and there throughout the day. God knows we aren't perfect and doesn't expect perfect from us, he's the dude that made us.
Your best bet is meet others like yourself. Youll feel more comfortable with someone who understands.
All of my limitations make me feel hopeless for the future. Is it worth living?
