Members responded with care and encouragement to someone managing exhaustion from work while living with epilepsy and ongoing spine and headache concerns. Several members shared their own experiences with fatigue, leg and knee pain, and the importance of rest, with one member noting that Vitamin D supplementation helped ease their leg stiffness after limited sun exposure. A recurring theme was listening to your body, advocating for yourself with your medical team, and leaning on community support during difficult stretches.

Work hours don’t correlate with how much demand they have on your body. Rest as much as you can and need.

I understand about not taking extra pills. I don't but these are vitamins. I did not research about vitamin D and sunlight. I did not have the knee and leg issue last year when I was sitting outside in the sun I almost everyday. Well, taking the extra vitamin D has helped. as of yesterday i can now bend over without the pain and my knee cramping. Yes I am still sore but that is my arthrisis.
I see the Orth next week to discuss my knee and arthrisis. I quess I am ready for medication
take care of yourself.
