I am old school myself and as for the question here, I think I would be okay if it wasn't here yet, nothing against it as it is now, but if it was not developed and in life with, I think I'd learn to adapt to the situation at hand and learn from it if ai was not yet in my life with, but it is good for the way it is in our life with today but depends I don't rely on it personally, but I am ok with or without it and like I said,if it wasn't here yet I'd learn to adapt and adjust to that if it was… read more

Members weighed in on whether they could live without AI, with the majority agreeing they would be perfectly fine without it. Several members shared concerns that AI encourages dependence, discourages independent thinking, and can skew information, with one member giving a detailed example of how AI misrepresented biblical history. A recurring theme was that many feel 'old school' approaches to research and daily life are not only sufficient but preferred, though a few acknowledged AI's practical benefits like saving time.

It helps to some degree, I wouldn't miss it if it weren't around.

I don't particularly like it as I think it stops us researching into things better for ourselves and I also think sometimes it takes away from the kids of today doing independent research on some things

I would rather live without AI. As humans, we have enough problems w/o someone or something trying to diminish our ability to live. We have too many freedoms taken away from us already. In my opinion, AI – artificial intelligence- is going to eventually cause more issues than not. If anyone ever wanted to be in a terminator movie or I-robot movie; You have now officially reached that level.

This has nothing to do with my understanding of AI. Artificial intelligence is exactly that. Artificial. Somebody has to program the computer to think in order for it to think at all. Once equations are involved to figure out how to annihilate things. It won’t be long for the artificial to go after the official creator. If that seems a little, for the lack of a better word, dodgy on my part; consider how long they have been making AI products to replace our child’s toys. You know such as a pet dog, a pet cat, a dinosaur. Anything to get us used to technology at a younger age. And then we take & throw in the parent factor that children at the age of six months maybe even less. Or given a cell phone to watch a movie on or a television show that has no moral values.
I’ve said too much already
If you disagree, that’s fine. I can agree to disagree.
If I’ve hurt your feelings, I guess your feelings got hurt. But I don’t live off the feelings. I live off the God giving truth. If that offends you, that sounds like a personal problem..
No I’m not being coldhearted or someone without a soul. In fact to tolerate such inconsistencies of the world, goes against Elohim himself. I’m not willing to take that chance.
