I also have a lot of muscle and body aches, and sometimes I cannot walk because of the Fascia Plantitis. Are these symptoms normal?

Yes, I am also on lacosamide and have issues with balance and dizziness too. I've become extra clumsy, and sometimes if I miss a dose or encounter a trigger, my knees will buckle and I'll lose mobility. It seems to be pretty common. It also can take a long time to adjust to a new medication, so it might get better with time. Just be careful, and if it's impacting you too much, be sure to bring it up to your doctor.

balance issues definitely a of having a seizure even falling over you may get straight up again and think nothing of it but it is a petit Mal seizure
you may feel dizzy after or you may feel dizzy just before having a seizure
but it can also be because you are not eating properly or not having enough water assuming it's summer there then you need to make sure you drink plenty of water

EvaLuna, a side effect a lot of epileptic meds affect one's balance. I never took Lacosamide, but when I took Clobazam, I had trouble standing up and keeping my balance. Make sure to mention any problems that you are experiencing with your neuro. Because my memory is so bad, I write these things down and put them in a concise format for my neurologist to glance over without taking up too much of the fifteen minutes that they 'give' you.
