Members responded to the question about separating dreams from reality with a mix of personal experiences and helpful insights. Several members described vivid or recurring dreams, with one sharing that looking up the meaning behind a repeated dream helped it stop, and another noting that they sometimes recognize within a dream that it is not real and wake up shortly after. A recurring theme was that memory issues, medications, and emotional triggers like stress and anxiety can all make it harder to tell dreams from waking life, with one member encouraging others to watch for how unsettling dreams can set off a chain reaction of difficult emotions.

Later, when dreaming I am saying within the dream, this is a dream and not your life. i normally wake up after this statement and depending on what I was drearming I am very thankful it was a dream. .

Interesting question. Never had difficulty separating dreams from reality but then again I never really thought about this. I do daydream but always have and I've had some realistic dreams that have woken me up!

Good question, there had been a time I use to have the same dream for years. I looked that up and found the reason why, thankfully stopped having it.
I still remember some dreams I've had, some have been w/ old friends or family.
