I have had that happen, and wasn't quite sure if I did or could of been a uneasy thought but wasn't sure what it was but maybe it could have been one? It does happen on occasion like this morning but I am uncertain if I did, wondering your thoughts on it?

Members shared their personal experiences with nocturnal seizures, exploring the question of how to tell if a seizure happened during sleep. Several members described common signs they look for after waking, including bitten tongues, confused thinking, sore muscles, disrupted bedding, and wetting themselves, with many keeping journals to track possible nighttime events. A recurring theme was the importance of leaning on loved ones for support, managing stress as a key trigger, and maintaining a hopeful mindset by listening to your body and pressing forward.

I may have a seizure any time - it's not worth staying awake, worrying about or losing sleep over. Remember - stressing can cause seizures. It's much better just to go to sleep.

I have nocturnal seizures, focal awareness impaired epilepsy and mild essential tremors with additional functional tremor, which mean I could vibrate at any time or situation awake or a sleep, but the only way I know I have had one while I was a sleep..is either I shake or roll over into my wife, which wakes her or have blood on my pillow where I have bitten my tongue, pins and needles when waking or if I nod off during the day I.E sofa, I end up on the floor, with the same symptoms. When first started , we had to think like a having a young child, and what objects could harm them…or another term was risk assessment of me at home.

Waking up with a bitten tongue and cheek is always my knowing that ive had a seizure in my sleep. Then its a bed rest day 😴 plenty of water. Usually happens if ive had a stressful day before or a party night out drinking too many cocktails but hey ive calmed down alot and happens very rarely now.

It's quite amazing how stupid Government employees are! After having me walk 3km carrying a full petrol can of lawn-mower fuel for the past 20 years, I am finally getting quotes from contractors to do my lawns. They insisted there was no danger in me operating a petrol motor mower.

I’ve experienced some like that. I write them down as “a possible “ seizure in my journal. Then I write about how I woke up and how it may have affected my day. That’s all I know to do.
