It sounds like you might be asking about a specific type of epilepsy or brain condition, but the term "measel upper lobe serlosis" isn't a recognized medical condition related to epilepsy.

You might be thinking of one of these epilepsy-related terms:

- Temporal lobe epilepsy - the most common type of focal epilepsy affecting the temporal lobes
- Frontal lobe epilepsy - seizures originating in the frontal lobes
- Occipital lobe epilepsy - a rare type affecting the back of the brain
- Parietal lobe epilepsy - seizures starting in the top and upper sides of the head

Each type of focal epilepsy affects different parts of the brain and causes different symptoms. For example, temporal lobe seizures often cause confusion, while frontal lobe seizures tend to be shorter but happen more frequently.

If you can clarify what condition you're asking about or describe the symptoms you're experiencing, I'd be happy to provide more specific information about that type of epilepsy.
