Members shared a range of thoughts on ramen noodles, with most agreeing they are fine as an occasional quick meal but not ideal for regular eating due to high salt and heavy processing. Several members noted health concerns like cardiac issues and diabetes that make ramen difficult to enjoy, while others shared creative ways to stretch the meal by adding chicken, shrimp, or scrambled eggs. A recurring theme was that while homemade food is preferred, ramen fills a practical role for those on tight budgets or needing something fast and easy.

My opinion here…. If you knew the process of how to they were Made and how many chemicals were involved, How much the flavors rely on MSG. (Monosodium glutamate).. Eh No. I’ll eat river rock soup first.

I keep hearing it isn't healthy, but I haven't found a job in a year with this market so with the price I have to resort to it

I enjoy Romen Noodle soup. My kids love it. They can eat them everyday .

I like the long noodles . Makes me feel like a kid when I suck up the noodles , like spaghetti noodles.

They’re not healthy at all. They’re fried 3 times during their baking process and that’s b4 they’re ready to get their last couple “baking cycles and then packaged. But every once in awhile, someone will give me some and I’ll use them in a stir fry or I drain all the water out and then put on the seasoning packet. But I don’t usually have any due to how unhealthy they are. And the salt content is way too high!
