I think for me it's more daytime than night but I can adjust at night and it doesn't effect my condition that I am aware of to my knowledge with the post here, but what are your thoughts on the post here is all? Amen

Members in this epilepsy community shared their personal sleep preferences and how their condition shapes their daily rhythms, with many identifying as night owls or having unpredictable schedules tied to seizures and medications. Several members described how medication changes, nocturnal seizures, and postictal recovery affected their ability to follow a consistent sleep pattern, with some being awake for 24 hours at a time. A recurring theme was adapting and finding grace in each day, along with practical sleep tips like keeping rooms dark, wearing sleep masks, and setting a consistent bedtime schedule.

I’m up at 5 every morning to start my medications. Occasionally later in the morning I might catnap. But a lot of times I am definitely a night owl. I don’t know what it is. To be honest I think it’s my meditations. I am up all damn night sometimes for days before I settle down and sleep for a couple nights. My husband doesn’t understand it.

As mantle commented, I'm a little of both. Not forgetting at times I'm awake 24 hours, those times I can't stand either.

Hallo Dave ., as my seizures be 90 percent nocturnal .. and I be sleeping through them .. still I be feeling the
Postictal effects in my body next morn ., especially if Jen need to do CPR ., often I really tear up my tongue and mouth with my teeth ., bite tongue to ribbons as well .. some morns my chest hurt bad from effects of CPR .. so Jen and me nap quite a bit in recliner during day .. Jen fit her schedule to mine because I must be monitored at night .. least my heart stop unawares.. my Jen never leave me alone at night ., like Randy we love the daytime ., and there be much gardening in spring through late fall .. and in winter there be snowmen to build ☃️⛄,, so ., we spend all time we can outside ,, and take sleep when we be able to find it ., every moment be precious gift from Our Father.. this be the day the Lord has made ., let us rejoice and be glad in it! ☺🙂 Hugs and prayers from William and Jen💜💙🤗🤗🌱⚘🕊🕊

I can be a night owl but I do not like the black rings under my eyes. So I go to bed at 10:00.
