@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member In the detailed report I got from my Seer eeg. They explained my seizure would start in the Temporal lobe then spread through the parietal lobe and sometimes reach the occipital lobe. This is only explaining how the seizures spread when it stays on one side. So this is a Impaired seizure not TC.

I have TLE. I see you have been asking about eeg? If you do definitely have TLE then normally you won't need to have a seizure as such during the eeg as such. The TLE scaring would cause abnormalities in the brain waves (not a seizure) If these waves happen during the test then normally this is fine unless for some reason, they are trying to pick a seizure up on eeg. But if they want that they really should be doing a long term test (a few days) and they really need a strong case that seizures are happening, and you just don't know its going on. This would be the highest chance to pick one up. The issue is it can take a long time of short eeg's before they decide they should do it. I went through all this from 2017-2024.
What is temporal lobe epilepsy?
Temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE) is the most common type of focal epilepsy, affecting seizure activity on one side of the brain. It starts in the temporal lobe, located just behind the ear, which handles processing sound, understanding language, emotions, and memories.
There are two main types:
@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member I have Left Temporal Lobe Epilepsy.
Your temporal lobe can’t reach the other Sphere without going
all the way up through the Left Frontal Lobe , the Left Parietal lobe or both. Now if it is going thru the bottom of your lobe and reaching the bottom portion of the the right sphere . Which doesn’t travel as far to the other sphere.
