I have in person ones plenty of times, but as for the post here, I only have had a normal phone conversation with my doc and never to my knowledge a video conference with to this day, I am ok with not having that done either, even though it is a option to do, but just wondering and curious about your thoughts on the post here, which do you prefer and how has it happened?

I am see my main neurologist twice per year. I see the assistant more often on video visits. When I change medication, it would be every month. I have gotten used to it. I am comfortably and I avoid the difficulties of commuting to and from the destination.

The medication, high dosages and know how to handle my stress i believe is the reason for less seizures. Prehaps also losting weight and medication for my high blood pressure.
I still have more work on losing weight and my high blood pressure. I would really like to be seizure free.
