I drink sometimes, and alcohol never really seemed to be a trigger for me. I was just wondering how some of you felt or how its been a trigger for you. Thanks in advance😊

Alcohol drinks have been a "no-go" for me for over 25 years - I don't miss them at all.

Emilyanne0129, If it does not harm you, fine, but don't let the drinking harm you

I used to drink occasionally. Now the only time I drink is to toast someone. And it is a very small amount.

There is, unfortunately, still a stigma attached to AA but it works (for me). Whether you are attending or participating in meetings or just following the steps and reading the literature in private. It has changed my life and the lives of dozens of people that I know. Not just in regards to epilepsy, but seemingly healthy people are sleeping better and waking up with more energy and clarity.
And, by the way, end up with a lot more money in the pocket!

Emily I very rarely drink it at all, maybe one ever so often like around holidays, but very rarely I’ll do that not trying to be bossy with you or anything. But it’s probably wise that you don’t consume alcohol. Due to what side effects she may have due to whatever prescriptions you’re taking just my opinion.
