If I don’t eat before I take my meds, I will have an upset stomach and I don’t feel well either. So I try to eat something before I take ma meds even if it is something small.

Only if I don’t drink at least 4 litres of water. If I don’t, my meds and stomach don’t get along, and I really feel like Ive taken an extra dose. I asked my neurologist about it, and he said my body is so used to drinking 4-6-usually 6 litres of water daily, that when I don’t, I get too much of a buildup of my meds and I need to drink more water just to flush it out and to keep taking the meds as directed. He also said that if I find that if I find that I feel like it’s becoming more and more of an issue and that I should start eating something as I’m taking my medication as I usually don’t. And to make sure that I let him know as I might need to have my pills adjusted or to be put on something else. I don’t know if any of that helps u or not; but I would definitely let him know that ur experiencing stomach issues when u take ur medication.
