I have boundaries most of the time it's a must in my life.
Since the beginning of 2024, I have been a hot mess 'o stress. And there is no sign of it letting up. I have become my mom's POA. I am also trying to wind down a small family business. The cranky cousin up the hill is not helping at all. I keep hoping it will all work out okay, but I know I am going to have to deal with this for a long time.
I don't have a real problem with stress. When days are a bit hard I'll go fishing, take a nature hike, or exercise with weight. I'm aware everyone's different, these activities work for me.
